To run
People ask me why I run. I've been running for so long, that I can't remember why. It's just a big part of my life. I think it is important to be physically fit, and running helps me stay healthy. It also keeps me sane. I enjoy the challenge that running and racing brings; it not only pushes me physically, but mentally, too. I am starting the 2006 racing season early - I will be running the half marathon in the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon on January 15th. Thankfully, my friend Susan will help me train - as we explore new trails and parks each weekend!
